Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Orguanic ships worldwide, but we ask you to check your local laws before ordering - laws differ from country to country, and from state to state. By ordering from our site, you are confirming that you are OK to do so.

When will you ship my order?

We assemble and dispatch orders within 24 hours after payment has been received during working days. On rare occasions, it might take more time than that. Orders placed during weekdays are processed and shipped on the next working day.

Can I change my shipping address after I placed my order?

All orders received by Orguanic are processed within one working day. If you realize that you provided us with inaccurate shipping information, please contact us immediately and state your order number – we will do our best to accommodate your request to change the shipping address. However, once your order has been packed, it will no longer be possible for us to modify it.

Once I’ve placed an order, how do I get my tracking number?

You’ll get an email with the tracking number after your order is dispatched. Orders are normally processed on weekdays and dispatched within 24 hours (rarely, it can take longer).
